Held every two years, the Tokyo Biennale is an international art festival that takes place primarily in Tokyo. The festival aims to explore the city in depth, created in collaboration with local residents as well as a diverse range of artists and creators from around the world. The theme of the Tokyo Biennale 2025 is “Wander for Wonder.” 39 artists from 8 countries come together to bring art to life across Tokyo’s cultural landscape. The festival runs from October 17 to December 14, 2025, featuring a variety of exhibitions and events.
