Naoki Oshiro (Professor of Cultural Geography, Meiji University Faculty of Letters)
1963年生まれ。大阪市立大学大学院文学研究科博士課程修了(地理学)。琉球列島の民俗地理,地域アイデンティティ研究から出発したが、それと並行して、都市の街歩きおよび風景の見方にも関心を深めている。著書に『空間から場所へ』(共編著/古今書院)、『郷土―表象と実践―』(共編著/嵯峨野書院)『モダン都市の系譜』(共著/ナカニシヤ出版)、『都市空間の地理学』(共編著/ミネルヴァ書房)、『モダニティと空間の物語』(共著/東信堂)、『惑星都市理論』(共著/以文社)、『東京の批判地誌学』(共著/ナカニシヤ出版)など。
This lecture invites participants to listen to the genius loci—the spirit of place—hidden in Tokyo’s local scenery, engaging in a dialogue with the histories and memories that have been passed down through generations.This lecture also serves as the final session concluding the four-part special lecture series of Sanpo University Special Lecture.
