Yanaka is said to be a place full of historical and cultural charm that brings calm and peace of mind to visitors.

In this tour, Min Nishihara, a psychotherapist and art curator who has lived in the area for many years and is also the general director of Tokyo Biennale 2023, will guide you through the city of Yanaka. This is a unique town walk in which we will attempt a different kind of relationship with Yanaka together with you through a variety of methods.

Art therapy, contemporary art talks, mindfulness meditation, and art, therapy, or both, will be part of the tour. This tour is like a workshop, but you don't need to be prepared or ready for it. Come relax and experience the city of Yanaka on a deeper level of the mind.
