Tokyo Biennale 2023 is looking for volunteers to assist in the production, publicity, and management of the festival (Those who are capable of basic conversation and communication in Japanese.)

The Tokyo Biennale is an art festival held in the city of Tokyo. With the keywords of “art,” “community,” and “industry,” this is an art festival where “our culture” is created by “our hands,” in “our place,” with local people.
The venue of the festival is the northeast area of central Tokyo, which spans the four wards of Chiyoda, Chuo, Bunkyo, and Taito. We are looking for volunteer staff who will work together to build up this art festival by providing production support for artists who survive in various ways in this area, operational support at venues scattered throughout the city, such as monitoring artworks and guiding visitors, as well as PR support to disseminate information to residents and support for event management during the festival period. We are looking for volunteer staff to help build up the festival together.
