Outline

What should the cities of the future be like? What should we eat and how should we live?

We are facing various issues such as climate crisis and biodiversity, and it is well known that our lifestyles in the city will have a great impact on the solutions to these issues. Under such circumstances, Tokyo Urban Farming (TUF), which aims to promote a regenerative urban lifestyle under the slogan "Let's make Tokyo a forest where people can eat," will hold "TOKYO ART FARM" to nurture the "future of food and agriculture in Tokyo" through art and the five senses in the Yaesu and Kyobashi areas of Tokyo Station with various producers, artists, and citizens who met through the book Urban Farming Life.

About 150 years have passed since the Edo period, known as a recycling-oriented society. We aim to create a chic agricultural lifestyle culture from modern Tokyo.

Activities

Aiming to create new connections and "circulation" between people and nature, agriculture and food, producers and consumers,
The event will include edible art experiences, art performances, workshops, marche, Tokyo Vegetable Tea Party, and talk programs at "MOBILE FARM," which utilizes unwanted suitcases, and "LONG TABLE," which is created with thinned wood from the Tokyo Metropolitan area's water source forests.
