Joining Mid-Way into the Fiscal Year

The membership fee is charged as following if joining in the middle of the term.

Date April 1 – September 30 October 1 – March 31, next year
Period of joining The first half term
(April – September) 		The second half term
(October – March, next year)
Price Full annual fee Half of annual fee

If paying half of the annual fee, you are eligible for the following benefits depending on membership.

1. Supporting Member (Junior and Standard)

  • 1. Name (Small size) listed on The Organization’s website and annual report.
  • 2. Free admission to various events held by The Organization throughout the year.
  • 3. Receive one copy of The Organization’s annual report.

2.Startup & Local Organization Support

  • 1. Name (Medium size) listed on The Organization’s website and annual report.
  • 2. Right to use the official logo of the Tokyo Biennale.
  • 3. Up to three members belonging to the group are eligible for free admission to various events held by The Organization throughout the year.
  • 4. Membership of Tokyo Biennale Corporate Projects Conference
  • 5. Receive 3 copies of The Organization’s annual report.
  • 6. Receive 3 tickets to every exhibition held by The Organization throughout the year.

3.Special Support

  • 1. Name (Large size) listed on The Organization’s website and annual report.
  • 2. Right to use the official logo of the Tokyo Biennale.
  • 3. Up to 10 members belonging to the group are eligible for free admission to various events held by The Organization throughout the year.
  • 4. Membership of Tokyo Biennale Corporate Projects Conference
  • 5. Receive 10 copies of The Organization’s annual report.
  • 6. Receive 15 tickets to every exhibition held by The Organization throughout the year.
Even if joining during the second half term, members are eligible for full benefits by paying the full annual fee. To renew membership, members shall pay the fee before March 31, at the end of the annual term.
