PUBROBE: 100 Years of Clothing | Lecture Series (Michimasa Ogata / Shunya Yoshimi / Kazuko Koike) Accepting Reservations!

*These lectures are given in Japanese.

One of the Linkages of the Tokyo Biennale 2023, "PUBROBE: 100 Years of Clothing," is collecting clothes from 100 years since the Great Kanto Earthquake, and will make a clothing library in a former shop that had remained from the time of the earthquake reconstruction. The first lecture, "100 Years of Cloth ing," will be given by Michimasa Ogata (full-time lecturer, Faculty of Home Economics, Otsuma Women's University), known for co-curating the exhibition "Dress Code: Are You Playing Fashion?" (2019-21). Subsequent sessions will also feature notable lecturers. Please register and join us.
